Membership and Access

KOY memberships are offered on a limited and invitation-only basis. Membership grants access to KOY Speakeasy locations, events, and related benefits as described on our website or in your membership agreement.

Memberships are personal and non-transferable. We reserve the right to review, modify, or revoke membership at any time to maintain the integrity and exclusivity of our community.

Payments and Renewals

All membership payments are securely processed through our approved payment provider. By submitting payment information, you authorize KOY to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fees.

Memberships may be subject to renewal terms as stated at the time of purchase. You will be notified before any renewal or recurring payment is processed. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Events and Conduct

Members and guests are expected to uphold the standards of respect, discretion, and professionalism that define KOY. We reserve the right to refuse service or revoke membership for behavior inconsistent with our values or policies.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and imagery — is owned or licensed by KOY, Inc. and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

Communications & SMS Consent

By providing your email or phone number, you consent to receive communications from KOY related to your membership, events, and exclusive offers. KOY members and interest-list subscribers may receive SMS messages regarding membership updates, event invitations, exclusive offers, and important account communications.

• You may unsubscribe from emails at any time by clicking “Unsubscribe” in any email we send.
• You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation, after which no further SMS messages will be sent. To re-enroll, simply sign up again as you did the first time.
• Reply HELP to any SMS for assistance, or contact us directly at support@koyspeakeasy.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your membership activity and preferences. Contact your wireless provider for questions about your text or data plan.

KOY, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current membership term.
